Job Profile:

The Sourcing Specialist will be pivotal in analyzing and optimizing the best solution for the project requirements related to Instrumentation and control devices. Leveraging expertise in procurement strategies and supplier negotiations, the specialist will drive efficiencies and improve overall performance.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

 Source, evaluate, and procure components in categories including medical and laboratory equipment, solar and photovoltaic power systems, metrology, instrumentation, control devices, and others.
 Analyze technical specifications, industry standards, and supplier offerings to ensure the highest quality solutions.
 Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to meet technical and budgetary goals.
 Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and conditions.
 Continuously assess the market and maintain a comprehensive supplier database for ongoing improvement.
 Ensure the installation and preparation of electronic and instrumentation devices meet project standards.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
 Experience in installing and preparing electronic and instrumentation devices is an asset.
 Strong experience sourcing for solar power systems, metrology, instrumentation, and medical/laboratory devices.
 FuCompletenowledge of RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and corresponding supplier communications.
 Proficiency in English & Chinese (writing, speaking, reading, and listening) with solid negotiation skills to secure the best purchase prices and terms.
 Cross-functional abilities with demonstrated analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
 Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving outcomes.
 Additional skills: Time management, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
