Job Profile:

1. Age Group: 2-6 years old;
2. Class Size: 20-25 students;
3. Working hours: 8am-12:00pm, 2-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with lunch break;
4. Day Off: 2 days off on weekends, 13 Chinse public holidays, winter/summer vacation;
5. Class settings: In a homeroom setting, four teachers, namely, International Teacher, Two Chinese Teachers and a caretaker will be responsible for one class for a certain age group;
6. Curriculum: IB PYP (International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme) / STEM / EYFS, depending on campus;
7. Lessons: English classes will be conducted following the IB framework with the addition of arts, drama, gym classes;
8. Reports & Training: Teaching reports and teaching preparation session needed during 12:30-1:30pm once a week;
9. Additional Tasks: Accomplish assignments allocated by academic manager or principal.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Daily teaching : responsible for English teaching in 2- 3 classes，around 20 classes a week.
2. Participate in the preparation and implementation of various cultural activities of the school as required.
3.Parent-school communication: timely feedback on students' learning.
4.Participate in parent’s interview.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher, with early childhood education or English majors preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged and will undergo thorough training.
Enthusiasm for working with children; experience in childcare, volunteering, or as an AU Pair is a plus.
Possession of TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification.
Clear criminal record.
Native English speaker from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
