Job Profile:

A Teacher is responsible, on an individual and team basis, for providing students with a variety of services that enable students to reach their personal needs and objectives within the educational services framework. They will also actively collaborate with all centre staff in order to provide a welcoming and professional environment to everyone and a positive learning experience for students.

Responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities:
• Provides students with relevant and engaging lessons tailored to enable them to reach their personal needs and objectives, using EF methodologies.
• Develops and delivers in-center and off-site events, including Life and Career Club, to drive engagement among existing and prospective students.
• Liaises, supports and collaborates with all staff to provide study feedback and support to students at all stages of the customer journey.
• Takes an active role in supporting the English environment by engaging with customers outside of scheduled class and event times.
• Supports all managers and staff to maintain a high level of services to students.
• Conducts demo classes and otherwise engages with prospective students in order to generate sales.
• Completes all required administration to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Actively participates in any required observation and feedback sessions, training, development meetings and informational meetings.
• Completes other duties as assigned by the company.

Quarterly Center Net Internal Revenue Commission Half-yearly Center Student Show Up Achievement Bonus.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree
Certification: TEFL course – 120 hours
