Job Profile:

Provide technical consultation on veterinary biological products to overseas clients; assist clients with animal disease diagnosis and analysis; develop scientifically sound biological product application plans based on actual disease conditions; and track treatment outcomes throughout the process, adjusting plans promptly when necessary.

Respond quickly to technical challenges encountered by clients, ensure efficient problem resolution, support normal product use, and improve customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support; participate in sales visits and product presentations; and explain product advantages, case studies, and differentiation.

Collect and organize market technical developments, trends, and competitor intelligence; report regularly to support product R&D and strategy adjustments.

Develop and implement technical training plans; design diverse training methods based on audience characteristics; evaluate training effectiveness; and optimize content and delivery.

Regularly follow up with key clients; coordinate internal resources to handle customer complaints and suggestions; enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty; and build a positive brand image.

Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Medicine, Animal Science, or related fields are preferred.

Proficient in poultry disease diagnosis and treatment techniques, with a solid foundation in immunology; able to analyze the causes of disease outbreaks from multiple perspectives and propose targeted solutions based on actual conditions.

Basic Chinese communication skills sufficient for daily and basic work communication; familiarity with professional veterinary English and ability to read English technical materials.

Proficient in common office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Strong learning ability, good communication and coordination skills, and cross-cultural adaptability; able to integrate into the team quickly.
