About the Role: We are a US-based company seeking a skilled and self-motivated Logistics Representative based in China. You will act as our on-the-ground liaison, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from Chinese suppliers to our global customers. This role requires a blend of logistical precision, sales support, and deep knowledge of export compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between local Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, and our US Team/Customers to ensure timely shipments.
Booking Management: Receive, review, and process booking requests efficiently, ensuring all data is accurate.
Customs & Compliance: Navigate China customs regulations to prevent delays; ensure all export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists) complies with local and US requirements.
Logistics Operations: Monitor shipment status, troubleshoot delays, and negotiate rates with local forwarders where applicable.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing accurate freight quotes and logistical solutions to prospective clients.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Freight Forwarding within China.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of China Customs export regulations, HS Codes, and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).
Communication: Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English (Written and Spoken) to communicate effectively with US HQ.
Sales Acumen: Ability to understand commercial goals and support customer relationships.
Remote Readiness: Must have a reliable home office setup and the ability to work semi-flexible hours to overlap with US time zones when necessary.
