*Structured training in Shenzhen or Hong Kong at the initial stage; later dispatched to your home country as the Regional Business Lead (No.1).

Responsibilities:
1.Serve as a key driver of overseas market expansion; identify, approach, and onboard potential local partners and channel distributors.
2.Assist in establishing local branches and developing local e-commerce storefronts; support day-to-day store operations.
3.Localize marketing assets by translating, proofreading, and refining product promotional pages and customer communication scripts.
4.Perform telecom market research, gather customer feedback and competitor intelligence, and support product and marketing optimization.
Qualifications:
1.South Korean nationality; prior experience living/studying or working in China is required; willing to return to your home country for long-term development.
2.Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing); travel agency experience is preferred.
3.Familiar with local business culture, relevant laws/regulations, and basic compliance processes.
4.Strong execution capability and an entrepreneurial mindset; able to conduct early-stage overseas expansion independently.
5.Willing to undertake short-term business travel.
