Job Profile:

Responsible for the company's cross-cultural communication, Assist general manager to report to the TOP and communicate to the bottom, translate related work

Job Details:


Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the general manager with reporting and communicating downward, coordinate the work of various departments and deal with daily affairs.
2、 Responsible for convening office meetings and other related meetings, making meeting minutes, and inspecting and supervising the follow-up and implementation of meeting matters.
3. Collect and understand the work dynamics of each department in a timely manner, collect and sort out the data of various departments of the company, and report to the general manager in a timely manner.
4. Responsible for cross-cultural communication and training.
5. Standardize and review the company's internal processes
6. Assist the general manager to arrange the daily itinerary and remind the general manager of the time arrangement of general matters.
7. Complete some temporary affairs arranged by the general manager in a timely manner.


1. Full-time bachelor degree or above,
2. Foreigner (native English speaking country), good command of English and Chinese, translation experience in China is preferred proficient in using various office software;
3. Work carefully, meticulously and rigorously, strong logical thinking and judgment ability, excellent communication and coordination skills, execution and language expression skills.
