Goal 1. Embed in our HQ - Beijing, China - working directly with the top and most experienced talent, top management as well as our CEO and founder to master our strategy and culture, gain direct understanding of our vision and operational DNA.
Goal 2. Undergo cross-functional leadership development rotation with domestic and overseas operations supporting our global growth.

Qualifications:
