Responsibilities:

1. Formulate effective operation plan and implement it, according to the company's strategy
2. Be responsible for the daily operation of social products and the growth of data indicators;
3. Establish an effective operation data analysis system, collect, analyze and mine the data of product operation, and formulate or revise the growth strategy of product operation according to the data;
4. Operate all kinds of resources to effectively stimulate the core data such as new product, active product and retained data.
Qualifications:
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 2 years of experience in games or mobile apps operations;
3. Arabic language is native; advanced level of Chinese;
4. Excellent data analysis, summary ability, clear logic, careful thinking and high data sensitivity;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation, self-driving, excellent communication and coordination ability, project management ability, and good team spirit;
