Responsibilities:

Act as a communication bridge among Chinese, English, and Japanese speaking stakeholders (clients, partners, and internal teams).

Assist in project planning, execution, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery.

Organize and facilitate multilingual meetings; prepare meeting minutes and project documentation.

Support project managers in daily operations and gradually take on independent project ownership.

Identify and resolve project issues with proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications:

Must-have:

Chinese: Native or fluent (spoken & written).

Japanese: Business level (JLPT N1 or equivalent).

English: Business level (CET-6 / TOEIC 800+ / equivalent).

Bachelor’s degree or above (any major).
Nice-to-have (not required):
Relevant project management experience in the manufacturing or automation industry.
Willingness to travel as required by project needs (domestic and/or international travel may be involved).

Flexibility to work overtime during peak project phases (overtime compensation or time-off in lieu will be provided in accordance with labor laws).
