Job Profile:

Core Job Responsibilities:
1.Understand hiring needs of Chinese companies expanding overseas and define candidate profiles.
2.Source overseas professionals (e.g., engineers, marketing, sales, operations) via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
3.Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to clients.
4.Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and follow-up.

Qualifications:

1、Bachelor’s degree or above (major not strictly limited).
2、Fluent in both Chinese and English (English as working language; Chinese for daily internal communication).
3、Strong searching and communication skills; self-motivated.
4、Interest in global recruitment and cross-cultural work.


Benefit:

• Work Location: Chengdu, China (Maoye Center, High-tech Zone)
• Salary Range: Negotiable (base + performance bonus) (Range/Negotiable)
