Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the entire process management of distributors in Southeast Asia, including investigation, admission, signing, maintenance, training, task assessment, and exit; 2. Responsible for managing all business opportunities within the Southeast Asian region, focusing on breaking through blank markets, coordinating resources, and following up on related work; 3. Develop promotion/sales plans based on the sales tasks assigned by the company and market conditions; Decompose sales tasks to each customer, quarterly, monthly, and strive to complete sales tasks; 4. Responsible for collecting and analyzing regional dealer information, outputting regional market analysis reports, and continuously optimizing strategies and plans; 5. Dealer data analysis: Analyze and issue reports from dimensions such as development, output, and cost investment; 6. Submit the annual exhibition plan and budget to the marketing department and sales director, cooperate with the marketing department to determine the exhibition plan for relevant exhibitions, ensure the smooth development of exhibitions in the jurisdiction, participate in corresponding international medical exhibitions, contact various customers, and seek cooperation opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years or more of experience in IVD product sales or channel management, or on-site sales experience, with experience in sales channel development and familiarity with channel construction management; 2. Fluent English oral communication and reading/writing skills; 3. Sales experience in the Southeast Asian market is preferred; 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to adapt to fast-paced work environments, strong data analysis skills, and strong logical abilities; 5. Has good learning and stress resistance abilities, loves sales work, pursues performance, enjoys and adapts to irregular overseas business trips for customer visits and research; 6. Has a sense of professional responsibility and dedication, works meticulously and conscientiously, and is result oriented.
