Cublazer is an AI memory solutions provider, we collaborate with ecosystem partners to jointly build China's AI data platform, empowering innovation and development in the Chinese AI industry.
1. Analyze the design structure of DRAM and the corresponding possible failure models.
2. Develop effective DRAM testing algorithms and their corresponding test stresses, such as voltage/temperature/frequency/jitter, etc.
3. Utilize AI/ML modeling to establish the corresponding relationship between test and fault models, enabling intelligent analysis and inference of potential root causes of faults based on test results, and generating further test vectors.
4. Collaborate with DRAM design teams and manufacturing test teams to build an intelligent test analysis platform that facilitates test self-generation and fault self-inference.
5. Be familiar with the application of DDR in servers and the characteristics of data access and exchange modes, and analyze various potential root causes of faults.
Qualifications:
1. PhD or master's degree, or a bachelor's degree with ~5 years of work experience in this industry.
2. Computer or electronic engineering and applications, computer science, mathematics, or artificial intelligence. Familiar with SoC and DRAM design and test diagnosis and localization. Proficient in Python/Perl/TCL, familiar with the PyTorch/TensorFlow framework, and experience with EDA tools or AI ML development is preferred.
3. Principles and algorithms of SoC/SRAM/DRAM testing, fault modeling, diagnostic analysis, and troubleshooting, as well as AI modeling and application.
4. Experience in team collaboration, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to quickly abstract and summarize individual case issues, and develop generic testing tools.
