Job Profile:

Responsible for conducting online headhunting for foreign PhD holders in science and engineering, introducing them to work or start businesses in high-tech companies in Zhejiang, China. Proficiency in English or Russian, or other widely-used international languages, is required. Candidates should have a certain level of knowledge in computer science and be somewhat familiar with the high-tech industry and related academic fields.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Online executive talent headhunting
2. Translating daily foreign language documents
3. Organizing the database
4. Follow-up communication and coordination with high-level talents
5. Preparing project packaging materials

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. Proficient in one or more foreign languages (including but not limited to English, Russian, etc.)
3. Proficient in using computers and managing accounts on major social media platforms
4. Some experience in the human resources industry
5. Strong communication skills

Benefit:

Two compensation mechanisms:

1. Writing materials in the early stages of the project - 500-1000 RMB per piece, accumulated accordingly (categorized into three tiers: 500, 750, and 1000 RMB based on project difficulty).
2. A successful project completion reward of 3500-7000 RMB per project, accumulated accordingly (categorized into three tiers: 3500, 5200, and 7000 RMB based on project difficulty).
The average monthly income is around 8000-16000 RMB, and the annual income ranges from 90,000 RMB to 160,000 RMB.
