This position belongs to the Marketing Management Department. It is responsible for selling the company's developed properties, and these properties are all located in the Central Business District of Sanya.

Responsibilities:

-Handle daily communication and maintenance of Chinese and Russian clients, establishing good cooperative relationships.
- Undertake real estate sales, introducing property information to clients and facilitating transactions.
- Participate in business negotiations and provide on-site translation support to ensure smooth communication.
- Complete mutual translation of Chinese and Russian documents and materials, ensuring accuracy of content.

Qualifications:

-Nationality: Russian，Only accepting applications from foreign nationals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Russian and Chinese (speaking, listening, reading and writing)

Benefit:

Total income = Basic salary + Commission（primary income）；

-Base Salary: 8,000 - 15,000 RMB per month
- Commission: Additional based on sales performance and work quality, with no upper limit
