Director of Operations

Responsibilities:

Director – Key Responsibilities:

1. Represent the company’s interests in China, including interaction with partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
2. Ensure effective communication between Chinese and international branches of the company (working languages: English and Chinese).
3. Participate in managing procurement processes (specifically nitrile gloves) for export to Russia.
4. Coordinate and oversee order placement with existing company suppliers.
5. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; conduct negotiations and assess commercial terms and reliability.
6. Analyze and optimize the supply chain (if relevant experience is present), including proposing improvements in procurement and logistics efficiency.
7. Monitor compliance with contract terms and delivery schedules.
8. Maintain and develop long-term relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
9. Provide regular reports to company management on current operations, risks, and development opportunities.
10. Perform representative functions of the company (in cases of limited responsibilities — acting as the official company representative without operational involvement).
