Job Details:


Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop sales strategies for the US market, create sales plans including business development and sales targets. Manage budgets for sales and business development, ensuring controlled spending in support of sales objectives.
2、Customer Development & Management:
Identify and develop potential customers, establish strong relationships, drive discovery and pursuit of new business opportunities. Maintain existing customer relationships, understand their needs, provide customized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3、Market Trends Analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to guide adjustments in sales strategies.
4、Business Expansion & Partner Relationships:
Identify new business expansion opportunities, establish partnerships to jointly develop market share.
5、Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Analyze sales data, develop sales forecasts, and regularly submit sales performance reports to management.
6、Contract Negotiation & Signing:
Participate in key customer contract negotiations, ensuring contract terms align with company interests and policies.


1、Bachelor's degree or higher, with a solid grasp of the hydrocolloid industry and products, as well as an understanding of market characteristics and trends.
2、More than 3 years of experience in sales and business development, boasting a proven track record of successful sales performance and customer development.
3、Proficient in analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to formulate corresponding sales strategies.
4、Proficient in mastering sales techniques, including negotiation, communication, and sales presentations.
5、Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with clients and internal teams.
6、Demonstrates strong customer relationship management skills, capable of establishing trust and building partnerships with clients.
7、Shows the ability to innovate and problem-solve, with a talent for identifying new business expansion opportunities.
8、Able to work independently, proactively pursue sales objectives, and possesses self-management and organizational skills.
9、Capable of coordinating and collaborating within cross-functional teams, contributing to the achievement of overall business objectives.
10、Fluent in English, capable of effective communication and collaboration with international clients.
