Nanjing Drum Tower hospital is one of the earliest hospitals practicing western medicine in China. Over the century, it has achieved rapid development in all aspects of medical education, research and management. It has now developed into a large research comprehensive tertiary hospital with complete disciplines, strong faculty, superb medical technology, and strong scientific research capabilities. Currently, there are 3500 patient beds and over 6,000 employees, including 900 professors and associate professors, 395 master’s and doctoral supervisors.

Responsibilities:
1. Leaders of disciplines
Applicants must meet all four of the following conditions:
(1)Age
Generally, applicants should be under 55 years old, with possible exceptions for outstanding individuals.
(2)Professional Title
Appointed as Chief Physician, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor.
Preference given to applicants with at least one year of experience at renowned overseas academic or research institutions.
(3)Clinical Experience
Minimum ten years' experience in specialty practice at Grade III-A general hospitals, with demonstrated clinical excellence, mastery of core techniques, and distinctive professional capabilities.
High recognition and academic influence within the domestic and international industry are required.
(4)Research Achievements
Led national-level research projects or received provincial or ministerial-level awards.
Published representative papers with significant original innovation and academic value as corresponding authors in top-tier academic journals in the field within the past five years.
Priority consideration for recipients of major national grants or national-level talent titles.
2. Leaders of Sub-specialties
Applicants must meet all four of the following conditions:
(1)Age
Generally, applicants should be under 48 years old, with possible exceptions for chief physicians.
(2)Professional Title
A doctoral degree and a senior associate or higher professional technical position in the medical series.
(3)Clinical Experience
Relevant subspecialty background, work experience, communication and coordination ability, and management skills that match the selected position.
Minimum five years' experience in specialty practice at Grade III-A general hospitals, with demonstrated clinical excellence, mastery of core techniques, and distinctive professional capabilities.
Preference will be given to those with management experience in departments of tertiary grade-A hospitals or those who hold positions as committee members or higher in national-level societies or associations.
(4)Research Achievements
Preference will be given to those who have led national-level research projects or received provincial or ministerial-level awards.
Priority will be given to those who have published representative papers with significant original innovation and academic value as first or corresponding authors in top-tier academic journals in the field within the past five years.
Preference will be given to those who have received funding from major national projects or national-level talent awards.

3.Talent Awards & Honors
Documentation of national or provincial-level talent titles or equivalent distinctions.
4.Academic Certificates
Proof of membership or leadership roles in: Chinese Medical Association, Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, or equivalent provincial-level societies.
5.Research & Teaching Portfolio
(1)Teaching qualification certificates.
(2)Evidence of research grants, awards, and patents (from the past 5 years or since current appointment).
(3)Full-text copies of important academic publications (past 5 years or since current appointment).
(4)For cited representative works: Include cover pages and tables of contents (if applicable).
