Company Profile of Beijing Fengfeng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.
Founded in 2015, Beijing Fengfeng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. is an innovative enterprise focusing on the overseas new energy industry. Its core businesses fall into two major segments: overseas sales and leasing of electric motorcycles as well as the construction, operation and maintenance of new energy power stations. Rooted deeply in the African market, the Company has built a dual-driven development framework featuring new energy power station construction plus supporting services for new energy electric vehicles. Leveraging differentiated competitive edges, we deliver full-chain and customized premium services to clients and facilitate energy transition and green development across overseas markets.
Core Business Segments
I. Overseas Sales, Leasing and Operation Services of Electric Motorcycles
We tap into the booming blue-ocean market of new energy electric motorcycles in Africa, where demand for short-distance travel remains robust while the running cost of fuel vehicles stays high. Our full-spectrum offerings cover complete vehicle sales, diversified leasing and full-lifecycle operational services for electric motorcycles.
On the sales front, backed by a mature cross-border supply chain, we guarantee steady supply of finished vehicles and core spare parts with optimized cost performance and local adaptability. Vehicles are technically refined to adapt to Africa’s rugged road conditions to satisfy application scenarios including daily commuting, logistics and passenger transportation. Meanwhile, we have established an overseas direct sales network and local distributor system to achieve full coverage of key target markets.
On the leasing front, we adopt flexible hybrid models including long-term rental, short-term rental and rent-to-own. Convenient short-term rental is available for individual end-users, while tailor-made long-term leasing packages are provided for logistics and courier enterprises. Supported by vehicle-battery separation and battery swapping services, we substantially lower users’ access costs and eliminate range anxiety.
Furthermore, a sound localized after-sales service network has been established with dedicated service teams and spare parts warehouses, delivering maintenance, battery inspection and component replacement to resolve prevalent service pain points for local electric motorcycle users. We accelerate the green transformation of Africa’s mobility sector by cutting local travel expenses and improving transportation efficiency.
Brief summary: Catering to African market demands, the Company supplies complete electric motorcycles, diversified leasing and full-cycle supporting services. Supported by cross-border supply chains and innovative leasing mechanisms to lower user thresholds, our localized after-sales network advances the electrification of local transportation.
II. Construction, O&M and Power Sales of New Energy Power Stations
Focusing on Africa’s solar-rich regions, our experienced technical and operational teams deliver one-stop full-chain power station solutions ranging from project planning, design consultation and engineering construction to on-site operation, maintenance and electricity trading.
Drawing on proven industry experience in the priority solar-plus-storage plus multi-energy complementary power supply system, we develop PV energy storage projects tailored to local power needs to tackle unstable and costly power supply plaguing many African regions. Reliable clean power is supplied for mining operations, urban development and residential consumption. In addition, we conduct standardized power sales via long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), supplying compliant, cost-effective and efficient electricity to local clients to advance local low-carbon transformation and energy independence while securing steady project returns.
Core Competitive Advantages
With long-standing overseas market experience, we possess in-depth insights into African regulatory policies and market demands alongside mature cross-border supply chain and localized service capabilities. Synergies between our two core businesses build distinctive industrial moats. Our integrated technical expertise and end-to-end service capacity ensure steady implementation of all projects.
Corporate Vision
The Company will keep expanding its global footprint, upgrade supply chain and service infrastructure and uphold the mission of green empowerment. We strive to become an industry benchmark for international new energy services and contribute to worldwide low-carbon development.
