Due to the opening of a new company office in Shanghai there is a great opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our can-do and driven sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop wholesale meat and meat products sales in China to retail chains from scratch.
• Meet an assigned volume and profit goal and be able to represent company’s full range of products, capabilities, and technologies with the customer.
• Search for new clients and develop business relationships and direct sales activities within the China.
• Build long-term, partnership relationships with clients.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensuring timely fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Analyze and plan sales.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a sales manager position in wholesales sales to retail chain is required.
• The experience in wholesale meat and meat products sales to retail chain is preferred
• Strong understanding of Sales process in retail chains.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities should include Negotiation, Presentation, Insight Selling, Product Knowledge, Sales Management, Communications (both written and verbal), Sales Analysis, Forecasting, and Sales Tracking.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and professionalism.
• Proven self-starter and results oriented who has demonstrated ability to deliver on sales plan goals, possess high degree of initiative, and work well under pressure.
• Ability to effectively lead people, projects, and processes.
• Fluent Chinese and English or Chinese and Russian (both written and verbal).
• This position includes with up to 50% travel through China.
• Preferred candidate who leaves in Shanghai or ready to move to, and has work visa.
