Job Profile:

ClassIn is seeking a highly experienced and driven KA Account Executive to join our team in Beijing.
As the KA Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving global business development and marketing initiatives for ClassIn's platform.
This is a senior role that requires excellent communication skills, strong strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will be working closely with ClassIn's senior leadership team and will be responsible for expanding our market share globally.

-Develop and execute global business development and marketing strategies for ClassIn's platform
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
-Lead negotiations with customers and partners to ensure win-win outcomes
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
-Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on progress towards targets
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
-Represent ClassIn at industry events and conferences


Qualifications:

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
-Native English speaker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-5+ years of experience in a similar role with a track record of success in global business development and marketing
-Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
-Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and partners
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Familiarity with the education technology industry and a passion for innovation
-Willingness to travel as needed
