We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Discovery & SEO Specialist. In this role, you will move beyond traditional keyword ranking to manage our brand's total "discoverability". You will be responsible for consistent SEO improvement, managing PPC campaigns, and pioneering our strategy for the next generation of search: AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can work with minimal supervision to ensure our life-saving products are found by those who need them most.
Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
• Digital Discovery Strategy: Oversee the transition from traditional search to a holistic "Discovery" model, ensuring brand visibility across search engines, AI chatbots, and generative engines.
• SEO, AEO & GEO Optimization:
• Optimize website pages for traditional search engine marketing.
• Implement AEO strategies (Structured Data, Schema, FAQ formatting) to capture "Position Zero" and voice search results.
• Execute GEO tactics to ensure AdvaCare Pharma is cited accurately by Generative AI models (LLMs) through brand authority and sentiment management.
• PPC Management: Manage and analyze global PPC campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and strategic budget allocation.
• Technical Implementation: Work closely with the IT department to ensure SEO, AEO, and GEO technical requirements are properly implemented in the website code.
• Content & Keyword Research:
• Perform deep keyword research and expand opportunities into conversational queries used in AI search.
• Drive SEO/AEO-informed written and visual content creation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and Google Analytics to provide deep-dive research for the Marketing Dept.
• Site Architecture: Recommend changes to website architecture, linking, and content to improve user experience and crawlability for both bots and AI agents.
Qualifications:
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent understanding of Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• CMS Knowledge: Practical WordPress knowledge and a deep understanding of SEO plugins and tools.
• Communication: Fluent in English (grammar and speaking) to collaborate with our international team.
• Emerging Tech: Demonstrated understanding of how Generative AI is changing search behavior (AEO/GEO) is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Basic project management skills and the ability to take initiative and find solutions independently.
