Responsibilities:
What you can look forward to as a Senior Embedded Software Developer:
-
Develop real-time DSP software for next-generation X-in-1 integrated powertrain controllers covering electric drive and OBC/DCDC systems.
-
Develop, debug, and maintain DSP software on ARCv2 EM5 cores within the Infineon TC4x heterogeneous microcontroller architecture. Configure, optimize, and maintain the DSP build environment and toolchain using Synopsys MetaWare.
-
Implement and tune high-speed closed-loop control algorithms on the DSP core, supporting both electric drive functions such as resolver decoding and fast current sampling as well as power electronics functions like PFC, LLC, and DCDC/OBC control logic.
-
Configure and align hardware peripherals including high-precision ePWM timing, fast ADC sampling synchronization, and hardware protection interrupts for multi-functional integration.
-
Implement DSP-level functional safety mechanisms under ISO 26262, including safety initialization, runtime task monitoring, and fault diagnostics.
-
Analyze and resolve software bottlenecks related to core-to-core communication, inter-process communication, task scheduling, and data routing across heterogeneous cores.
-
Collaborate with hardware, basic software, and system teams to support X-in-1 product integration, HIL verification, dyno testing, and vehicle testing.
Qualifications:
Your Profile as a Senior Embedded Software Developer:
