Front Office Management Trainee - Guest Relations


Job Details:

Responsibilities:

- A professional grooming and positive attitude for the work, ensuring that guests are warmly greeted in the sky lobby and escort guests to their room that the hotel facilities and room features are explained.
- Know the hotel product knowledge and Chongqing City well.
- In room check in for VIP Guests, keep a good relationship with the guests and extend a fantastic stay experience.
- Ensure the member guests receive personal and professional service and that their benefits are received, make the guests fully engaged.
- Allocates rooms in accordance to the guest’s reservation, preference and remarks, maintaining a systemized and sales focused approach to room inventory management.
- Ensures communication, coordination and cooperation between the front desk and other operating departments, specifically Housekeeping, F&B.
- Use the empowerment to solve the basic guest complain and requests in a properly manner.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree
Spoken Language: English / Chinese
