Job Profile:

This position is a full-time driver for the boss, responsible for driving services related to the boss's daily travel, business trips and customer reception. Native English speakers are required (preferably from African or Southeast Asian countries). The main workplace is Yangxi County, and frequent trips to Guangzhou and other cities in Guangdong Province are required. It is necessary to ensure the safety, efficiency and comfort of the boss's travel throughout the process, and at the same time cooperate to complete auxiliary work related to customer reception, demonstrate professional quality, and maintain the image of the boss and the company.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the boss's special vehicle, be responsible for various travel tasks such as the boss's daily commute, private travel, business negotiations, and customer pick-up and drop-off. Strictly abide by traffic rules, ensure driving safety, and eliminate violations and safety accidents.
- The main workplace is Yangxi County. According to the boss's arrangement, travel to and from Guangzhou and other cities in Guangdong Province at any time. Reasonably plan driving routes, avoid congested roads, ensure on-time arrival at the destination, and make travel preparations in advance (such as vehicle inspection and route confirmation).
- Cooperate with the boss to complete customer reception work, including customer pick-up and drop-off, and basic communication during the reception (as a native English speaker, need to assist the boss in simple communication and connection with English-speaking customers), and show a polite and professional service attitude.
- Be responsible for the daily maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of the vehicle. Regularly inspect the vehicle condition (engine oil, tires, brakes, etc.), find problems in a timely manner and handle or report them, ensure that the vehicle is always in good operating condition, and keep the interior and exterior of the vehicle clean and tidy.
- Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations and the boss's various arrangements, keep work secrets, do not disclose the boss's personal information and the company's commercial information, obey work scheduling, be available on call, and have strong flexibility and execution ability.
- Assist the boss in handling simple travel-related affairs (such as organizing items in the vehicle, cooperating with arranging travel-related matters), and complete other temporary work tasks assigned by the boss.

Qualifications:

- Language Requirement: Native English speaker, with fluent oral English and standard pronunciation, able to communicate with the boss and English-speaking customers without obstacles, and assist in completing basic reception and communication work; preference is given to candidates from African or Southeast Asian countries.
- Driving Skills: Hold a valid driver's license (C1 or above, with more than 3 years of driving experience), proficient in driving skills, familiar with the traffic routes of Yangxi County, Guangzhou City and major cities in Guangdong Province, and able to skillfully cope with various road conditions such as highways, urban roads and rural roads.
- Professional Quality: Steady, honest and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility, good service awareness and confidentiality awareness, rigorous and careful in work, patient and approachable, good at communication, and able to flexibly cooperate with the boss's travel and reception arrangements.
- Physical Condition: Aged 25-45, in good health, free from major diseases and infectious diseases, no drunk driving or drug driving records, no major traffic accident records, able to adapt to frequent business trips (traveling to and from cities in the province), and able to bear a certain degree of work flexibility.
- Other Requirements: No bad habits, pay attention to personal image, and dress neatly and appropriately; have basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and be able to handle simple vehicle faults; obey management, have strong execution ability, and strictly abide by traffic rules and relevant company regulations.
