Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1.Manage sales affairs and maintain client relationships.

2.Develop new clients and conduct market research.

3.Achieve sales targets and follow up on projects.

4.Maintain and update customer information and files.

5.Participate in sales department meetings, training sessions, seminars, exhibitions/trade shows, and client visits.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Market Research, Statistical Analysis, or related fields.

2.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, English, and Indonesian, with the ability to clearly present research findings and conclusions in reports.

3.Good presentation skills and potential in sales negotiation.

4.Proficient in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

5.Working knowledge of statistical techniques and data analysis capabilities.

6.Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
