Job Profile:

We are seeking a Sales Director to join our team in CHINA, Jiangsu Province. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales division in charge of CHINA to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. We supply high quality components for the power and energy sector.


Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to sales team members.


Qualifications:

• Background in Science or Engineering.
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales in focused markets.
• Business basis and understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and trends.
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to travel, as required, to meet with customers and attend industry events.
