About Company:

The International College of Pharmaceutical Innovation (ICPI) is a Sino-foreign cooperative joint educational institute established by Soochow University (SU) and the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (RCSI) University of Medicine and Health Sciences. It is located at the Future campus of Soochow University in Wujiang District. It will combine the educational and research pedigree and expertise of the SU and RCSI to deliver high-quality, international higher education, aiming to graduate undergraduate and masters-level students to meet the needs of China's healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

The ICPI plans to offer two 4-year undergraduate programs in Pharmacy and Biopharmaceutical Sciences and a 3-year master's programme in Pharmacy. Upon completing their studies, students will be awarded degrees from both SU and RCSI.

Job Profile:

The Language Center at International College of Pharmaceutical Innovation, Soochow University is dedicated to providing top-notch language education to our students. We strive to create an immersive and supportive language learning environment that helps our students excel in their English proficiency, particularly in speaking and you will be working as a English lecturer mainly focusing on oral English teaching. Our goal is to prepare students for success in international exams like IELTS and TOEFL, as well as in their future academic and professional endeavors.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1.Eighteen to twenty teaching hours per week, including a minimum of 16 teaching hours, and 2-4 hours of office time and activities.
2.Guiding the students to improve their oral English abilities to fit the needs of passing IELTS, TOEFL exams.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
1.The applicant should comply with PRC laws and regulations and have good work ethics, professional skills, and good teamwork spirit;
2.Native speaker of English;
3.With a Bachelor’s Degree or above;
4.Having more than 2 years of English teaching experience in the past 10 years;
5.Under the age of 60 by the end of the first term (born after January 1, 1966), and with good health.
6.Applicants would be more competitive with the following qualifications:
a)Having experience of teaching IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc. in acknowledged institutions;
b)With a Master’s degree, preferably in relevant studies (literature, language, or education).

Benefit:

1.The salary is 28,000 RMB/month, plus an annual bonus based on performance.
2.The University provides monthly housing allowance for eligible applicants.
