The company's main product is the "nets" used in marine aquaculture. The group (headquartered in Norway) is responsible for production, while the Dalian office handles sales, installation, and after-sales service.


Job Profile:

Responsible for market development, customer relationship management, and sales target achievement for marine aquaculture projects, including product promotion, technical support, contract negotiation, and management. Additionally, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth project execution and drive product and service improvements.

Responsibilities:

Market Development and Customer Maintenance:
Responsible for developing markets for ocean ranch aquaculture projects, identifying potential customers, and formulating and implementing marketing promotion strategies.
Maintain existing customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle customer feedback and complaints.

Achievement of Sales Targets:
Based on the company's sales targets, formulate and implement sales plans to ensure the completion of sales tasks.
Regularly analyze sales data, adjust sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Product Promotion and Technical Support:
Responsible for introducing ocean ranch products and services to customers.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, assisting customers in solving problems in aquaculture projects.

Contract Negotiation and Management:
Negotiate contracts with customers to ensure that the terms are in the company's interest and create value for customers.
Responsible for following up on contract execution, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer requirements.

Cross-departmental Coordination:
Closely cooperate with marketing, technical, production, and other departments to ensure smooth project progress.
Participate in the development and improvement of the company's products and services, providing front-line sales feedback.


Qualifications:

Mechanical-related major, bachelor's degree or above. Proficiency in English as a working language.
