- Provide real-time interpretation between Mandarin and English for US Based customer
- Support customer service, meetings, and business communications
- Translate written documents when needed
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural context in all interpretations
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multilingual teams

Qualifications:

Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin, and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as an interpreter or translator is preferred
- Strong listening, communication, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset and professionalism
