负责日本社会招聘及校园招聘全流程，制定招聘策略，吸引优秀人才加入公司；
完成上级交代的其他任务。

Qualifications:

任职要求：
本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业优先
熟悉日本当地用人政策及用工流程，具有日本本土半导体设计企业工作经验的HR优先考虑
熟悉日本当地校园招聘及社会招聘流程，有丰富的招聘经验
中文、日语作为工作语言，能够定期前往日本进行招聘工作或者常驻日本
