Responsibilities:

Job responsibility:
1.Collect policy, industry, and competitor intelligence in target countries; track progress of key overseas projects; identify and warn of business risks; assist the General Manager in resolving unexpected and complex issues arising in overseas business scenarios.
2.Accompany the General Manager to industry conferences and business negotiations: prepare necessary materials and documents before meetings, provide on-site interpreting (consecutive/simultaneous) and take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items and track their completion after meetings.
3.Communicate overseas business requirements to relevant internal departments, follow up on implementation progress, summarize common issues, and establish and improve SOPs.
4.Serve as the daily communication window between the General Manager and overseas clients/partners; properly handle emails, phone calls, client visits, etc.; provide business reception; and uphold the company's image.
5.Coordinate the entire process of the General Manager's overseas business trips (visa, flights, hotels, itineraries, emergency plans); draft, translate, proofread, and archive bilingual documents such as contracts and correspondence; assist in preparing overseas compliance documents (e.g., registration, tax filing).


Qualifications:

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates who will obtain their degree before August 2026 are acceptable.
2. Native English speaker, fluent in Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above).
3. Possess a U.S. visa or be eligible for visa‑free business travel to the United States.
