Establish a Japanese branch company, carry out daily operation and management activities, and ensure the achievement of all task indicators.
Responsibilities:
1. Build a localized team and establish a cross-cultural management mechanism and assessment and incentive system;
2. Actively respond to unexpected situations in business operations and lead subordinates to solve difficult problems;
3. Communicate with customs, taxation and other departments to provide logistical support for the flow of funds and goods of the branch company.
4. Be responsible for the financial management of the branch company, rationally formulate budgets, control cost expenditures, ensure the financial health of the branch company's operations, and complete all financial indicators assigned by the head office.
5. Identify and assess various risks in the operation of the branch company, establish an effective risk prevention and control mechanism, handle all kinds of emergencies in a timely manner, and ensure the stable operation of the branch company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, business management or related fields is preferred.
2. Be familiar with the local culture, business environment and consumption habits in Japan;
3. Possess outstanding market analysis, planning and execution capabilities;
4. Possess excellent team management experience and communication and collaboration skills;
5. Possess strong innovative thinking and adaptability, and be capable of promptly adjusting corresponding strategies in response to market changes;
6. Japanese people who can speak Chinese or Japanese people studying in China will be given priority.
