Responsibilities:

1. Carry out cutting-edge technology research and development in the field of tumor immunity according to the company's strategic planning;
2. Plan and implement product development and research plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and product characteristics, combined with market demand;
3. Develop and implement research plans, achieve research objectives, and write detailed research reports;
4. Provide professional technical advice and solutions according to the needs of enterprises;
5. Guide and train internal researchers to improve the research ability of the team;
6. Pay attention to the development trend of the industry, and provide scientific decision-making support for the sustainable development of enterprises;
7. Perform other R&D related tasks assigned by the company.

Qualifications:

Job requirements:
1, Obtain immunology (tumor immunology research background is preferred) or basic medicine and other related professional doctor degree;
2. Good at experimental design and data analysis;
3, able to complete the research task within the established time, and achieve the established goals;
4, love scientific research work, have a strong spirit of innovation, independent research ability and team spirit;
5, in-depth understanding of domestic and foreign immune cell therapy technology research and development trends and related policies and regulations;
6, good expression skills and team organization and management skills, can organize and participate in the company's foreign cooperation and exchanges and business activities.
