Device R&D Manager / Director

Responsibilities:

1. Develop the device technology development roadmap for the company's products and participate in the formulation of new process technology R&D annual plan and budget;
2. Manage the overall advancement of device development projects and deliver on time;
3. Assist FAB to promote major technical improvements and enhance product yield;
4. Assist in the feasibility assessment of the company's new project;
5. Assist purchasing department in the selection of new materials and equipment and provide the necessary technical specification support;
6. Responsible for team building, including personnel recruitment, training, work arrangement and motivation management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in microelectronics or related majors;
2. More than 10 years of experience in R&D, experience in R&D device project is preferred;
3. Experience in device reliability;
4. Demonstrated to be proactive in integrating resource, resolving problems and taking accountability;
5. Fluent in English and Chinese.
