Job Profile:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist WITH RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE to join our team. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will also contribute to building a robust talent pipeline, expanding recruitment channels, and supporting strategic hiring initiatives. Relevant working experience is a mandatory requirement for this position; candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.


Job Details:

Responsibilities:

- Implement end-to-end recruiting processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and efficient execution from job posting to candidate onboarding.

- Manage and maintain recruiting resources, including candidate databases, recruitment tools, and vendor relationships, to support smooth recruitment operations.

- Provide timely and detailed feedback to management regarding candidate applications, including qualification assessments, interview progress, and key candidate information.

- Deepen and expand existing recruitment channels to identify and cultivate potential candidates. Conduct regular analysis and evaluation of recruitment effectiveness to propose data-driven improvement recommendations to the recruiting manager.

- Collaborate with the recruiting manager to design and implement campus recruitment plans. Develop and maintain long-term campus resources, including partnerships with universities, career centers, and student organizations.

- Participate in the annual market salary survey, analyze salary data, and provide reasonable proposals on starting salaries. Support special recruitment projects as required by the team or company.


Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirement: Relevant working experience is essential. Candidates must meet the following experience-related requirements to be eligible.

- Full-time bachelor’s degree or above.

- Proven and solid experience in implementing end-to-end recruiting processes, with a track record of efficient and compliant recruitment execution. (Mandatory)

- Demonstrated practical ability to manage and maintain recruiting resources, including candidate databases and recruitment tools, to support recruitment operations. (Mandatory)

- Strong communication skills to provide clear, detailed feedback to management on candidate applications and recruitment progress.

- Proven experience in expanding and optimizing recruitment channels, with the ability to analyze channel effectiveness and propose data-driven improvement recommendations to the recruiting manager. (Mandatory)

- Experience in collaborating on campus recruitment plan design and implementation, as well as developing and maintaining campus resources. (Mandatory)

- Familiarity with market salary survey processes, with the ability to analyze salary data and provide reasonable proposals on starting salaries. Willingness to support special recruitment projects as needed. (Mandatory)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks and priorities efficiently.

- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
