Urgent hiring for someone who:
- Speak both Mandarin and Russian;
- Experienced in managing call center;
- Willing to base in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations of overseas customer service BPO projects and workplaces, monitor and analyze the efficiency and quality of offshore execution teams, promptly resolve issues in project delivery, and ensure high-quality performance.
2. Maintain effective communication with clients, understand their needs and pain points, and take proactive measures to coordinate resources for solutions.
3. Verify and prepare monthly service fee invoices, and follow up on project payment collections.
4. Serve as a BPO domain expert, providing professional pre-sales support to the business team.
Qualifications:
1. Willingness to accept medium-to-long-term overseas assignments/business trips.
2. Fluent in Russian or Uzbek (spoken and written), with preference given to candidates who can use it as a working language.
3. Prior experience in executing/managing overseas BPO projects or at least 1 year of experience managing Russian/Uzbek-speaking customer service teams. Candidates with managerial experience are preferred.
4. Strong stress resistance and emotional management skills, excellent cross-cultural communication abilities, and the capability to collaborate with teams across different regions and countries are highly desirable.
