HEC is an education-consulting firm headquartered in Shenzhen, China, with offices in Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Boston providing university admission consulting and strategy services to high school students seeking the best possible admission results to U.S. universities. Education consultants will be responsible for researching and understanding the college admissions landscape and most importantly, working with our students to guide them through the application process. We also provide extracurricular planning and academic advising services to younger students who are not yet ready to apply to colleges.

Responsibilities:

 Execute and manage Consulting Strategic Direction, responsible for greater insight and access to school selection, essay and interview coaching and application packaging.
 Supervise all applications and steps in the process
 Assist in academic advising and signature activities planning
 Assist center manager with marketing and sales consulting

Qualifications:

【Candidate Requirements】
 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from top 30 ranking US college program
 Knowledge of both individual and institutional research techniques
 Experienced with strong investigative, analytical, writing, and computer skills
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Experiences with working in the education field is preferred

Considering our major services are provided for students apply for universities and colleges in US, Canada and UK, we prefer applicants from these countries.

Benefit:

【Compensation】
For full-time employee, 22k (and up, based on experience) RMB base salary + Commission + Bonus + other company benefits (Health Care, company trips etc) and sponsored Work Visa (This evens out to over 30k per month with bonuses). Usually, the annual income is between 360,000 and 600,000 RMB.

Bonuses include:
1. Year-end bonus is 50% of monthly salary per student if he/she gets into their reach schools;
2. Sales bonus is 1% of the contract value as a sales bonus. (As a point of reference, our contract prices typically range between 200,000 RMB to 800,000 RMB depending on service package but can be higher or lower than this range depending on negotiations and special situations);
3. Student load bonus is 5% of monthly salary for each student when you serve over 15 students.

Part Time Compensation is on an experience basis, but rates are competitive. We do accept part time consultants not currently located in China, although preference is given to China-based consultants.
