§ Aware of current promotions, policies and other important information

§ Establish a rapport with guests and maintains good customer relationship

§ Ensures guest history records are accurately maintained and all repeat guests are preregistered

§ Personally greeting guests and ensure guests are receiving the best possible service

§ Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships

§ Handle guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner

Qualifications:

Education:

A graduate students who obtained a higher education diploma within the past 12 months.

Major in Hospitality Management or Business Management is preferred

Current student who at least complete two years or four semesters of post-secondary education

Language:

Nationality: Spanish, French and Italian. Fluent in English, both oral and written; Mandarin is preferred
