Country Garden Silver Beach School, affiliated to Bright Scholar group, located in Huidong District, Huizhou, Guangdong Province, is the branch school of Guangdong Country Garden School.
September, 2015 was the first academic year of the school, and there are currently around 1000 students enrolled with a total capacity of over 3,500 students in kindergarten, primary, middle school and high school. We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and skilled Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a classroom of diverse students, delivering the IB PYP/MYP/DP curriculum, and fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to student learning and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences across multiple subjects including English, Math, Science, and Social Studies, following the IB Programme curriculum framework.
Collaborate intensively with colleagues to develop and revision Curriculum, in order to ensure continuity and progression throughout the curriculum.
Implement and adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
Observe and evaluate student performance and development; provide appropriate feedback.
Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by school.
Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
Participate in department, school, and parent meetings.
Communicate necessary information regularly to leaders, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and student needs.
Actively participate in various kinds of teaching and research, training, lectures and other activities organized by the school
Engage in personal professional development activities to stay current with educational practices and developments.
Actively engage in one-on-one or one-to-many communications with parents via WeChat.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and Requirements:
1.22-55 years of age
2.Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education preferred)
3.TEFL/TESOL 100+ hours certification minimum (CELTA/ DELTA/ PGCE/QTS preferred)
4.Experience working with primary /middle/high school students, with IB, A-level,DSE
curriculumfamiliarity preferred
5.Have an understanding and ability to teach pupils of all abilities
6.Must be able to obtain a cleared background check
7.English teaching positions require citizens of UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand
or South Africa for visa purposes

Compensation and benefit package:
1.Working Hours - Monday- Friday (8 :00- 12:00 /14:00- 18:00)
2.Teaching Hours – Up to 20 hours/week
