Responsibilities:

1. Search for overseas customers through multiple channels, collect relevant customer information, and complete customer development independently;

3. Capture customer needs in a timely manner, and give professional and timely answers to customer questions and demands;

4. Responsible for order placement and whole process follow-up, ensure that the system data is true and accurate, track the delivery date of goods in real time, and give feedback to customers synchronously;
