Responsible for the design of the English curriculum of the kindergarten, building an international atmosphere, providing a first-rate student experience and positive image of the MacDuffie brand, as well as recruiting, training, and supervising faculty, and staff.

Main Responsibilities

1. To ensure high quality educational provision in kindergarten areas of the curriculum.
确保在学校幼儿园领域提供高质量的教育。
2. To continually develop international areas of the curriculum to best fit the student cohort within the school.
不断开发国际课程领域，以满足学校学生需求。
3. To monitor and improve the international teaching and learning delivery within the classroom.
监督和改进课堂教学。
4. To ensure high quality International competitions and activities take place, within the financial constraints of the school budget.

5. To collaborate with local management team members to increase and develop bilingualism within the school.

14. To keep the work facilities well organized and in good condition.

15. Design and layout corridors, classrooms, and functional classrooms

Qualifications:

1.English speaker with a clear accent.
2.More than 2 years teaching experience.
3.Bachelor degree or above with subject-related major.
4.TESOL/TEFL Certification.
5.Teaching license is preferred.
