HEC is an education-consulting firm headquartered in Shenzhen, China, with offices in Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Boston providing university admission consulting and strategy services to high school students seeking the best possible admission results to U.S. universities. Education consultants will be responsible for researching and understanding the college admissions landscape and most importantly, working with our students to guide them through the application process. We also provide extracurricular planning and academic advising services to younger students who are not yet ready to apply to colleges.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1.Execute and manage Consulting Strategic Direction, responsible for greater insight and access to school selection, essay and interview coaching and application packaging；
执行并管理咨询战略方向，为选校提供更远洞见和更多选择，辅导论文及面试并打包申请流程；
2.Supervise all applications and steps in the process；
指导过程中的所有申请及步骤；
3.Assist in academic advising and signature activities planning；
帮助提供学术建议，策划独特活动；
4.Assist center manager with marketing and sales consulting.
协助总经理进行市场营销咨询工作。

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from top 20 ranking US college or LAC program (academic qualifications can be relaxed when with profound experience)；
本科毕业于美国排名前20的大学或文理学院（有丰富经验者可放宽学历条件）；
2.Knowledge of both individual and institutional research techniques；
个人和大学机构的调研技巧与知识；
3.Experienced with strong investigative, analytical, writing, and computer skills
具备过硬的调查分析能力、写作能力和计算机技能；
4.Strong interpersonal skills
强大的人际交往能力；
5.Experiences with working in the education field is preferred

Benefit:

For full-time employee, 18-25K ( based on experience) RMB base salary + Commission + Bonus + other company benefits (Health Care, company trips etc.) and sponsored Work Visa (This evens out to over 30k per month with bonuses). Usually, the annual income is between 360,000 and 600,000 RMB.
全职顾问基础薪资18-25KRMB（根据经验议定）+ 提成 + 奖金 + 其他公司福利（体检，年度团建旅游等），外籍顾问可提供工签担保。总计平均月薪30k以上（含奖励），年薪范围在人民币36万至60万之间。
