• Take charge of overseas recruitment, employee onboarding and follow-up of HR procedures.
• Assist in establishing local basic HR policies and maintain employee relations for overseas teams.
• Coordinate attendance management, personnel transfer and salary document arrangement for foreign and overseas employees.
• Provide HR support for business departments and conduct cross-cultural communication and coordination.
