Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for feasibility assessment of product heat dissipation solutions, conducting thermal flow simulation analysis, and guiding structural engineers in thermal structure design;
2. Lead product heat dissipation experiment testing and output thermal design experiment report;
3. Provide heat control management documentation for software engineers;
4. Resolve the heat dissipation issues that arise during various stages of the project for the product;
5. Manage and archive product heat dissipation technical parameters;
6. Collaborate with electronic, structural, optical, and software engineers to select and design materials related to heat dissipation, ensuring the thermal reliability of products;
7. Study and research on the development trends of new technologies and materials in the industry;
8. Apply for and protect patents related to heat dissipation.
Qualifications:
1. Full time undergraduate degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, majoring in thermal energy and power engineering, thermophysics, fluid mechanics, or related fields;
2. Familiar with the thermal design process of electronic products, proficient in using simulation software for thermal design simulation and optimization of electronic products;
3. Familiar with heat dissipation design methods, proficient in air duct design, fan selection calculation, material selection, radiator processing technology, etc;
4. Proficient in using at least one 3D drawing and heat flow simulation software;
5. Capable of independently undertaking module and overall system heat dissipation design work;
6. Having good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and professional ethics; Outgoing personality and strong ability to withstand pressure.
