Job Profile:

As a member of the R&D department, you will be the crucial bridge between market needs and technical development. You will interact closely with domestic and international colleagues, collaborate with technical partners abroad (using English as the working language), and translate diverse R&D requirements into clear tasks for our local R&D engineers. The ideal candidate possesses a solid engineering foundation in mechanical and automation fields, good software literacy, the ability to quickly learn and integrate across disciplines, and fluent Chinese and English to facilitate seamless cross-border communication.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Management & Communication

Proactively engage with domestic and international colleagues and company R&D plans to collect, clarify, and analyze application requirements related to online measurement and control from the market.

Communicate with technical teams abroad (mainly in France) in English to clarify technical details and ensure accurate requirement transmission.

Translate complex requirements into understandable and actionable technical task descriptions that local engineers can understand and execute, and coordinate resources to follow through on implementation.
2. Application & Technical Support

Participate in technical solution evaluation and feasibility analysis based on comprehensive knowledge of mechanics, automation, and software.

Assist in resolving interdisciplinary application issues during R&D and provide engineering-level optimization suggestions.

Support on-site debugging, test verification, and troubleshooting when necessary.
3. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Prepare and organize technical documentation in both Chinese and English, including but not limited to application notes, functional specifications, and technical reports.

Document typical application cases to help enhance the team’s overall comprehensive capability.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements
• Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Measurement & Control, or a related engineering discipline.
• Technical Foundation

Possesses solid knowledge in mechanical and automation fields, understanding sensors, measurement principles, and control logic. Good software literacy, familiar with at least one programming language (e.g., C/C++, Python, PLC programming) or data processing software, with a clear understanding of hardware-software integration.
• Language Skills

Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use English as a working language for independent technical meetings, reading, and writing. Given the limited English proficiency of the Chinese engineers in our team, your Chinese verbal communication must also be precise and patient.
• General Competency

Excellent logical thinking and the ability to synthesize knowledge, quickly grasping and connecting key technical points across mechanical, electrical, and software domains. Strong learning ability and willingness to dive deep into product application scenarios.

Preferred

Experience in industries related to online non-contact measurement, machine vision, industrial automation, or precision motion control.

Southeast Asian cultural background or relevant working experience, enabling better integration into a multicultural team. Given the diverse team composition, we welcome bilingual Chinese-English talents with cross-cultural sensitivity, especially those with a Southeast Asian background.

Experience collaborating with European companies or teams, with an understanding of the communication rhythm across time zones and languages.
