To support the strategic expansion in Asia, we are now hiring a COMMERCIAL MANAGER to be based in our SHANGHAI OFFICE. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, expand our market presence, and ensure the effective coordination of sales and marketing activities in line with the company’s strategy.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and develop the local sales network (direct clients, distributors, and agents)
2. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
3. Oversee the day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring product presentation and customer experience meet company standards
4. Collaborate closely with the HQ in Italy to define sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans
5. Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide regular performance reports to the management team
6. Manage the sales budget and monitor achievement of commercial targets
7. Supervise local staff and coordinate basic administrative activities of the branch
8. Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and B2B meetings


Qualifications:

1. Resident in China - Shanghai
2. Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
3. Proven experience in sales, business development, or branch management, preferably in the HVAC sector
4. Strong entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales management tool
