Job Profile:


The IT Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for all day-to-day technology needs across the organization. This role combines first-line IT support with business technology enablement — helping departments work smarter by leveraging cloud-based tools, AI productivity assistants, and process improvements. You will work closely with the Lead Developer, who handles infrastructure, architecture, and development, while you focus on the user-facing side of IT: keeping people productive, supported, and equipped.



This is not just a standard 'password reset' helpdesk role. The ideal candidate possesses a highly resourceful, analytical mindset and enjoys figuring out how to connect systems, automate repetitive tasks, and solve complex data bottlenecks for non-technical teams.

IT Support & Operations IT支持与运营

1. Provide first-line technical support to end-users (employees), addressing hardware, software, and network issues

2. Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported IT problems in a timely and efficient manner

3. Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining end-user workstations and peripherals

Business Systems & Departmental Support 业务系统与部门支持

1. Manage and optimize the company’s Google Workspace environment, including folder structures, security permissions, and file sharing for global teams

2. Utilize tools like Google Sheets automations, formulas, and extensions to help non-technical departments format, validate, and process data

3. Assist staff in utilizing AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) to optimize their daily workflows, including text translation, data cleanup, and content formatting

4. Act as a technical resource for cross-departmental needs, such as technical QA for newsletters, managing SaaS platform subscriptions, and basic content administration on WordPress (no coding required)

Documentation & Process Improvement 文档与流程改进

1. Create, update, and maintain IT-related SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in the company Knowledge Base

2. Coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective (accounts, hardware, access, data transfer)

1. Proficiency in operating systems, including Windows and macOS (and Android/iOS for mobile support) at an administrative level

We understand that some of the skills described above might require time to learn. However, to be successful in this role you will need to quickly understand current systems, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and clearly explain issues to non-technical people. As you will be working with minimal supervision, the ability to take initiative to find IT solutions is essential.
