Responsibilities:

- 开展产品、试剂及实验室耗材的性能测试。
- 分析技术参数表、规格说明及科学文献，编制清晰实用的对比表格。
- 撰写技术报告，说明测试结果、产品差异、优势、局限性及可能的应用。
- 支持植物生物技术实验室在植物病理学、分子生物学、植物生物技术及相关领域的各项工作。
- 通过视频、照片、操作指南或视听材料记录测试与操作流程，作为技术佐证及面向客户的教学内容。
- 编制用于技术培训、产品演示和售后支持的讲解材料。
- 提供持续的技术支持，协助解答客户在产品使用、性能和应用方面的疑问。
- 与总经理、人力资源部门及技术团队协作，使各项科研活动与公司目标保持一致。
- 运用数字化工具和人工智能工具，提升文档审阅、技术分析、报告撰写及支持材料制作的效率。

- Perform product, reagent, and laboratory supply performance tests.
- Analyze technical sheets, specifications, and scientific documentation to prepare clear and useful comparative tables.
- Write technical reports on results, product differences, advantages, limitations, and possible applications.
- Support activities of the Plant Biotechnology Laboratory related to phytopathology, molecular biology, plant biotechnology, and related areas.
- Document tests and procedures through videos, photographs, guides, or audiovisual material that can serve as technical evidence and educational content for clients.
- Prepare explanatory material for technical training, product demonstrations, and post-sale support.
- Provide continuous technical support, helping answer client questions regarding product use, performance, and applications.
- Coordinate with the General Manager, Human Resources area, and technical team to align scientific activities with company objectives.
- Use digital and artificial intelligence tools to improve document review, technical analysis, report writing, and production of support materials.

Qualifications:
