an immediate English teaching position from a public unviersity in Lanzhou city, Gansu province.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

- Teaching hours: no more than 16 teaching hours per week; one teaching hour is 45minutes
- Prepare lessons well prior to teaching.
- Conduct lessons in the area of expertise of English language.
- Assisting and guiding college students in English competitions,
- Organize extra-curricular activities, English Corner, office hours．
- Assess students’ work, including midterm and exams, and report the assessments to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with partner teachers on a regular basis.
- Without the prior written consent of Party A, Party B should not be employed by any other company or individual
during the contract term.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree + teaching experience (TEFL Cert. preferred)

Benefit:

Monthly Salary: 10,000 RMB or above (negotiable) extra work rate is RMB120 per teaching hour
12 months pay including winter and summer holidays
Paid Holidays: Two days off per week; all public holidays in China. Paid winter holiday in Jan and Feb and summer holiday in July and Aug for one school year contract
Medical Insurance and incident insurance: The university will buy insurance for teachers or social insurance
Accommodations: Offering a private free apartment including 2-3 bedrooms, living room, washing room, color TV, internet access, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, telephone, microwave, bedding etc. a certain amount of free household electricity and water .
International air ticket: On the completion of one school year contract, the school will reimburse the round-trip airfare.
Closest Airport: The teacher will be picked up by the school on arrival and transported to the airport on departure.
Working visa: working permit nortification will be e-mailed to teacher to process work visa in his/her own home country before departing for China. Teachers already in China will be assisted in switching over to the university.
